Bundi Laddu (Boondi Laddoo)
The name Bundi (Boondi) comes from the Indian word “”bund” “meaning drops and with the combination of every “”Bund”” comes Bundi Laddu (Boondi Laddoo). Little drops of batter are fried in Ghee. Spices and sugar syrup is added to bind the drops together to form a ball of delight.
Ingredients: Pure Ghee (Class of Clarified Butter), Water, Sugar, Food Colour, Pea Flour and Baking Powder
