Dhokra, or dhokla as it is sometimes called, is a savoury steamed cake that has a delicate sponge-like texture with a mild spicy Indian taste. It is the perfect mid-afternoon or tea-time snack best served with some hot sauce, ketchup, chutney or just enjoyed as it is. Made fresh daily at all our shops.
