Bhikhabhai And Company Pte Limited is the largest manufacturer of sweets & snacks in Fiji today aspiring to deliver on our promise of quality Indian sweets (Mithai) & snacks (Bhuja) to the families of Fiji & abroad since late 1920’s. Our business has spread throughout Fiji and we expect further growth in near future. We are seeking to recruit responsible, committed, self-motivated and energetic individuals for the following positions below:
Sweets & Café Assistant Team Leader (5 Positions)
Locations: Ba, Lautoka, Nadi, Suva Damodar City & Suva Damodar Plaza Shops (One per Shop)
Minimum requirements – Holds a Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing and Management; At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership position; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Proven sales track record, good numerical skills with excellent customer service record; Strong leadership skills and have excellent command of written and spoken English; and applicants should show ability to work effectively, willing to work flexible hours and pays attention to detail. Driver’s license (Group 2) for Nadi Shop role would be an added advantage.
Sweets & Café Sales Team Members (10 Positions)
Locations: Lautoka (1), Nadi (1), Suva Damodar City & Suva (3) Damodar Plaza Shop (5)
Minimum requirements: - Form 6 level and preferably holds a Training Course in Customer Service; Previous sales work experience will be an advantage; Have excellent customer service and willing to work flexible hours; Good communication skills with positive attitude; computer literal – e-mail, word, excel; Have good customer service skills; In good health and physically fit; Has a “can-do” attitude and can resolve problems; Able to work flexible hours when needed and a very good team player.
